Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of tentedispi.icu and to grooming services provided by Amstel Paw Studio (Mila de Vries) at Amstel 212, 1017 CA Amsterdam, Netherlands. Dutch law applies.

1. Services

We provide dog grooming by appointment only. Descriptions on this website are informative; the exact scope of a session is confirmed when we discuss your dog’s needs and agree a time.

2. Bookings and cancellations

Appointment requests via the contact form, email, or phone are offers until we confirm. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead us to decline future bookings.

3. Prices and payment

From-prices on the services page are indicative. The final price depends on size, coat condition, behaviour, and time required. Payment is due at the end of the session unless otherwise agreed.

4. Dog welfare and safety

We work gently and may pause or adapt a session if your dog shows distress or if continuing would be unsafe. You confirm that vaccinations are current as expected for a Dutch salon environment and that you disclose known behavioural or health concerns relevant to grooming.

5. Website

Content on this site is provided for general information. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Links to third-party maps or tools are provided for convenience only.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy and Cookie notice.
